Terms of the price

What is a bot
An active digital employee in your workspace. You pay for each bot that is active in a month.
Messages
Inbound emails and WhatsApp messages the bot processes. Above your plan, each extra 1,000 messages is billed at ₹1,000.
Meeting hours
Hours the bot spends in a Google Meet call. Above your plan, each extra 5 hours is billed at ₹1,000. Meeting capacity is limited, so we confirm capacity for larger needs.
WhatsApp
Template messages are the business-initiated messages sent through the WhatsApp Business platform. Replies inside a conversation do not count.
Billing
Monthly, per active bot, through your GoSimplex account. Prices are in Indian rupees and exclude 18% GST.
